Paul Achs Wine Estate

The Paul Achs Wine Estate lies 60km south of Vienna in Gols in Burgenland – between Lake  Neusiedl and the Hungarian border. About 23 hectares are worked and divided among 42 separate vineyards.
The main focus of the Achs wine production is red wines and dry white wines. Among the whites, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are planted and developed. The emphasis among the red wines is the local varieties, such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir. The grape harvest is exclusively undertaken by hand into small boxes to protect the grapes and to ensure the best possible selection.
