Summer drinks

Mojito 
to serve in a long drink glass

4 cl Dark Rum
2 cl Lime juice
2-3 Mint Sprigs
2 tsp Light Raw Sugar
Organics Bitter Lemon

 To prepare:

Wash mint sprigs and dry remove the leaves .  Add mint leaves, sugar in the long drink glass and lightly muddle.  Then add Rum, lime juice, fill with ice cubes ca. 2/3 full and garnish with a mint sprig.

 

Limoncello Spritz
to serve in a Bordeaux wine glass

1 cl Limoncello
5 cl Frizzante-Sparkling wine
Organics Bitter Lemon

To prepare:

Fill glass ca. 2/3 full with ice cubes, garnish with slices of lemon and fill with Organics Bitter Lemon.

 

Gin Mule 
to serve in a long drink glass

4 cl. Gin 
3 cl Sugar syrup
2.5 cl Lime juice
Ca. 5-10 Mint Leaves
Organics Ginger Beer

 In a Shaker place mint and sugar and lightly muddle.  Then add Gin, ice cubes and shake all together strain and pour into the glass filled with ice.  Fill and top off with Oraganics Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint leaves.
